	Course Schedule

EB1-GFP Movie: Drosophila S2 cells are expressing EB1-GFP, a protein that localizes selectively to the growing ends of microtubules (punctate fluorescence shown in the movie reflects these microtubules growing towards the periphery). Imaging with a Nikon microscope with a Solamere spinning disk confocal attachment and Hamamatsu Orca camera.
